Reporting to the Purchasing Director and working in close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, the Procurement Purchaser is responsible for responding to daily requests and managing the procurement and follow-ups under their responsibility.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet with suppliers
- Manage internal requests from sales and operations
- Create product files
- Manage follow-ups
- Responsible for product procurement
- Participate in inventory management
- Involvement in the group's logistics
Other related tasks :
- Provide assistance and support to the Purchasing Director
- Aim to maximize the cost/quality ratio

DESIRED PROFILE
- College Diploma (DEC) in Procurement or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Proficiency in both French and English (Bilingual)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Experience in distribution and import/export
