Sylvain Simard
Director of Quality and Logistics
Sylvain Simard is the purchasing director of the group.
He has been working at Lam-E St-Pierre since 2012, with a bachelor's degree in Finance and a diploma in Marketing. He has more than 20 years as a procurement manager.
Line Girard
Internal Sales Supervisor
Line Girard, sales and training supervisor for the Lam-é St-Pierre group, began his career with the company in 2010.
First as an external health & safety product representative and then as a lifting and lashing product specialist.
An undisputed leader, she is capable of grasping the needs of both customers and in-house sales people, which is in charge.

Martin Auclair
General Manager
Martin Auclair, General Manager of Lam-é Industries Inc., began his career within the company in 1995. He first held a sales representative position. Possessing very strong skills in sales, communication and customer service, he was named general manager in 2002. He now has more than 23 years in organizational, financial and administrative management.

Serge Lavoie
Instructor, expert in lifting and rigging
Serge Lavoie is the director of the Chicoutimi branch. In addition to his managerial position, he assumes the responsibility of instructor in lifting and rigging. Prior to his current position, he worked for 14 years as a representative and regional manager in industrial hardware. Mr. Lavoie joined Lam-é Industries Inc. in 2001.

Claude Racine
Safety Equipment Director & Instructor
After ten years as a health and safety representative, Mr. Racine joined the Lam-é team in 2006. His first goal as a director: develop the health and safety division at work in the Quebec City office. Besides his administrator’s role, Claude puts his communication and popularization skills by offering trainings in respiratory protection and fall protection, areas for which he has developed a great expertise.

Sylvain Auclair
Director of Inside Sales
Mr. Auclair, Internal Sales Supervisor, has been working with Lam-é Industries Inc. for more than 15 years. He started as a laborer and then found himself in the sales department and quickly became a supervisor.
